Objectives
The primary objective of the LPN Program is to prepare students for successful careers in the healthcare industry. A combination of coursework and clinical experiences are used to help nursing students work toward this goal.
Program Description
The program consist of 1350 instructors clock hours designed to focus on duties and responsibilities of Practical Nursing including, admitting and discharging patient, administering medication and theoretical instruction, clinic experience in acute and long term care situations, and medical procedures.
Requirements for Program:
High school diploma or GED
Pass the Entrance Exam
Be a minimum of 18 years of age
Upon completion of the program, you will have earned a diploma and will be eligible to take the NCLEX-PN exam. Passing the NCLEX-PN will give you the eligibility you'll need for a career in the healthcare field.
